About the Journal

The International Journal of Aquatic Research and Environmental Studies is a multidisciplinary scientific journal publishing original research papers, research notes, and review articles in aquatic research, fisheries, environmental sciences, and related fields.

The journal welcomes theoretical, interpretative, and experimental studies that contribute to the advancement of aquatic and environmental knowledge.

Aims and Scope

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewer identities and author identities are concealed throughout the review process.

1. Submission through the journal website.
2. Initial editorial screening for scope, format, and suitability.
3. Assignment to expert reviewers.
4. Double-blind peer review.
5. Editorial decision based on reviewer reports.
6. Revision and author response where required.
7. Final decision by the editor and editorial board.
8. Publication after acceptance and completion of requirements.
